People probably think I suddenly decided to become a LinkedIn content creator.
The truth is the opposite. I studied journalism, language and literature. Writing was my original vocation - iGaming was the accident. A well-paying, fascinating, 30-year accident - but an accident nonetheless.
I am at a stage of my career where I have more time to think. And when I think, I write. It was always like this - life just got in the way for a couple of decades.
So there are two honest reasons for this writing spree.
First - I need it. The need to form an opinion, sharpen it against resistance, and put it out there where it can be challenged. Some of my views are provocative. Some are biased. I am aware of both. But an opinion that never meets daylight is just a thought you had in the shower.
Second - Kyborg deserves attention. I am building something I believe in, and building in silence is not a strategy. If the writing serves both purposes at once - expression and business - I see no reason to pretend otherwise.
But here is the part I did not expect.
I can see who reads these posts. And I know - some of you agree with me, some of you fundamentally do not. Both camps show up regularly. That surprised me more than any engagement metric could.
So whether you nod along or shake your head - thank you for taking the time. Thinking about something you read is already more than most content deserves.
I did not come back to writing to be agreed with. I came back because I never really left.
