This policy applies to kyborg.ai ("Kyborg", "we", "us"), an iGaming consultancy operated by Kristof Szűcs, based in the European Union. Kyborg is the data controller for the personal data described below.

This policy covers personal data we collect through kyborg.ai, through direct inquiries, and through any Kyborg integration built on the LinkedIn Platform (for example, "Sign In with LinkedIn" or content-sharing features). If you interact with Kyborg via LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy also applies to their handling of your data.
Website usage data. Pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected through analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) only where you have given cookie consent.
Data you provide directly. Name, email address, company, and any message content submitted through a contact form, newsletter subscription, or direct email.
LinkedIn data. If you sign in with LinkedIn or authorize a Kyborg LinkedIn integration, we receive only the profile fields LinkedIn's consent screen tells you will be shared - typically name, email address, profile photo, and headline. We never receive your LinkedIn password, and we do not access data beyond what you explicitly authorize.
Inquiry and contact data is kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and is deleted or anonymized after no more than 24 months of inactivity unless a longer period is required by law. LinkedIn-derived data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose you authorized, and is deleted on request or when you disconnect the integration. Analytics data is retained according to the relevant tool's standard retention settings.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and our consultancy work, each acting under their own data protection obligations: Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and LinkedIn (only for the data flows you initiate). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@kyborg.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
